Description: Patent Litigation/Prosecution/Biotech/Korean
Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 5-7 years of international patent litigation and prosecution experience (including U.S., Europe and Asia) and a biotechnology, biochemistry or similar degree. Position will involve preparing U.S. patent applications including reviewing Korean patent applications used as priority documents for U.S. filings, response to USPTO Office Actions and conducting Examiner interviews on behalf of Korean clients. Availability to work in Korea for at least one month per year and fluency in Korean is required.
