Description: Employee Benefits/Executive Comp/ERISA
Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-4 years of employee benefits experience. Experience should include executive compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions, taxation issues related to executive compensation arrangements (including Sections 409A and 280G of the Internal Revenue Code), design and negotiation of employment and other executive compensation arrangements, compensation-related disclosure and corporate governance matters, and ERISA fiduciary and pension investment issues (including VCOC/REOC structuring).
